Succcess:

Be sure to use grated Parmesan cheese (not shredded). The powdery cheese will stick to the cereal when it's hot and the mixture is occasionally stirred during baking.

Ingredients
  • cups Cheerios® cereal
  • 1/2 package (3 1/2-oz size) sliced pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • teaspoon oregano leaves
  • 2/3 cup French-fried onions, if desired
  • 1 1/2 cups bite-size cheese crackers
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Into ungreased 13x9-inch pan, measure cereal. Cut each slice pepperoni into 4 pieces; add to cereal. Stir in Parmesan cheese, oregano and onions.
  2. Bake 10 minutes; stirring occasionally. Stir in crackers.
  3. Spread on waxed paper or foil. Cool 15 minutes. Store loosely covered.
