Ingredients
  • large apple, cut into bite-size pieces
  • large stalk celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup salted peanuts or raisins, if desired
  • lettuce leaves
  • cup Cheerios® cereal
Directions
  1. Stir together apple, celery, mayonnaise and peanuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Place lettuce leaves on 4 salad plates. Divide salad mixture among plates. Top each with 1/4 cup cereal. Serve immediately.
