The beloved breakfast cereal made with whole grain oats, Cheerios® cereal can help lower cholesterol and risk of heart disease when it's part of a heart-healthy diet.*

A low-fat source of whole grain*, soluble fiber, 14 vitamins and minerals and only 1 gram of sugar, recommended by pediatricians as a first finger food.

* 3 grams of soluble fiber daily from whole grain oat foods, like Cheerios cereal, in a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. Cheerios cereal provides 1 gram per serving.

* All Cheerios cereal varieties have at least 14 grams of whole grain per serving. At least 48 grams recommended daily.
